Obituary for Leonard Bryan Ange
Leonard Bryan Ange, 72 of Plymouth died Monday, October 12, 2015 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville.
Born June 7, 1943 in Washington County he was the son of the late Arthur Edward Ange and Margaret Ruth Lamb Ange. Leonard retired from the maintenance department at Weyerhaeuser Corporation, was a Vietnam veteran with the U.S. Army and member of Mount Olive Free Will Baptist Church.
His family includes his wife, Judy Tarkington Ange of Plymouth, N.C.; sisters, Jean Ange Simpson, Delorese Ange Knott, Beatrice Ange Sundeen, Kathy Ange Smithwick all of Jamesville, N.C. and Phyllis Ange Coltrain of Williamston, N.C.; brothers, Arthur Kenneth Ange, Luther Hugh Ange, Herbert Carlton Ange all of Jamesville, N.C. and Phillip Earl Ange of Plymouth, N.C.; brother-in-law, Gerald T. Tarkington of Plymouth, N.C. and many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held Friday, October 16, 2015 at 3:00 pm at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth with Reverend Robert Travis and Reverend Jerry Huff officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in the Leonard Ange Memorial Cemetery. Family will receive friends on Friday, October 16, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:30 pm at Maitland Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
