Obituary for Cheryl Furlough Reason
Cheryl Faye Furlough Reason, 66, of Williamston died Sunday, March 1, 2020, at Martin General Hospital in Williamston.
Born December 5, 1953 in Washington County she was the daughter of the late William Cecil Furlough and Georgia Sawyer Furlough and was preceded in death by her grandparents, David C. Furlough and Hester Blanche Furlough. Cheryl was a homemaker and member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Her family includes her husband, Harvey Lee Reason, Sr. of Williamston, N.C.; son, Harvey Lee, Reason, Jr. and wife Melissa of Cross Canes, W. VA.; half-sisters, Candace Rackley of Pickens, S.C., Carolyn Crawford and Cathy Cox of Greenville, S.C., Wendy F. Conner of Roper, N.C., Cecilia F. Adams of Greenville, N.C., Felicia F. Reynolds of Jamesville, N.C. and Anna Lynn Gaye of Roper, N.C.; half-brothers, William C. Furlough, Jr. of Plymouth, N.C. and James Cox of Greenville, N.C.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth with Dylan Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends on Wednesday at the funeral home following the service and other times at the residence.
