It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of their dear loved one, Timothy Clifton Moore, Jr. Clifton, born February 1, 1991, went to meet his Lord and Savior Sunday, May 4, 2025 while in Duke University Hospital.
Clifton, a godly man, loved his children, his Tracy, and all of his family. He enjoyed all things “outdoors” including hunting, fishing, but most of all farming. Clifton was a farmer at heart like his granddaddy. He also loved to build with his Daddy, and often helped his Dad on the job throughout the years. Loved by all who knew him, Clifton will be truly missed, but never forgotten. See you on the other side!
Clifton was a lifelong member at Mt. Olive FWB Church where he served as a Trustee.
Clifton is survived by his loving wife Tracy Mizelle Moore, his children Avery Kate Moore and Timothy “Trace” Clifton Moore III; parents Timothy Clifton Moore, Sr. and Loretta Ange Moore of Williamston, NC; sister Lauren Moore Roberson and husband Steven, and special nephews Jacob Rhett and Jonah Gray of Jamesville, NC; father and mother-in-law Robert and Becky Mizelle of Bear Grass, NC; grandparents Luther and Vera Ange of Jamesville, NC and Thelma B. Moore of Williamston, NC; sister-in-law Becky Jo and husband Robert Gurganus, nieces Laura Beth Hoggard and husband Trey, Katelyn Gurganus and nephews Andrew and Michael Gurganus all of Bear Grass, NC.
Family will receive friends Friday, May 9, 2025 from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Mt. Olive FWB Church, 5548 Long Ridge Road, Plymouth, NC.
Funeral service will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the church with Chris Tipton officiating. Burial will follow at Jamesville Community Cemetery.
The family extends a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone for all of the prayers on behalf of Clifton and the entire family. Clifton battled – Brave and Strong!
