Juanita Harrell Dover (Bert), 70, of Roper, passed away peacefully at her home on April 16, 2022, after a battle with cancer. She was born to Leroy and Pauline White Harrell on February 19,1952 in Bertie County.

She was always positive, supportive and encouraging.

Along with her parents, Bert was preceded in death by her brothers, Ashley Harrell and Jimmy White; her step-brother, Buddy Turner and her step father, Herbert Turner.
