James Thomas Moore, 75, of Williamston, died on Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Washington Regional Medical Center in Plymouth.
Born September 22, 1947 in Martin County he was the son of the late James Thomas Moore and Annie Ruth Leggett and was preceded in death by his brother, Billy Moore. James was a automotive mechanic and self-employed salvage business owner, a U.S. Army Veteran with service in Vietnam and member of Liberty Baptist Church.
His family includes his daughter, Joanne Moore Floyd and husband John of Plymouth, NC; son, Jimmy Terrance Moore of Jamesville, NC; sister, Janie Reeves of Hamilton, NC; grandchildren, Ceirra Nuveau, Kacie Stancher and Caleb Moore; great grandchildren, Wesley, Waylan and Layla.
