Obituary for Betty Lou Hill Glover
Betty Lou Hill Glover, 71, of Jamesville died Tuesday, December, 23, 2014, at Vidant Beaufort Hospital in Washington. Born November 28, 1943 in Lenoir County she was the daughter of the late William Wesley Hill and Myrtle Elizabeth Ward Hill and was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Clinton Glover and brother, Robert Glen Hill. Betty was a retired thread spinner with Williamston Yarn Mill and was a member of Poplar Chapel Church of Christ. Her family includes her daughters, Karen L. Glover of Monroe City, MO. and Christy G. Zimmerman of Belleville, IL.; son, Randy A. Glover of Apache Junction, AZ.; sister, Anna Hill Barber of Jamesville, N.C.; brothers, William W. Hill of Roper, N.C. and James V. Hill of Goldsboro, N.C.; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Memorial service will be held Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 11:00 am at Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth with Frank Halsey and David Jones officiating. Family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home following the service. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
